Say hello to the Eyewear 2.
Chinese tech giant Huawei have unveiled their latest model for Smart Glasses at a media-packed event in Barcelona, Spain.
The Eyewear 2 is the successor to the 2021 bestselling model and builds upon that solid foundation with some cool new features and enhancements. Like the latter, the Eyewear 2 has touch gesture control on the arm, but this bad boy boasts a built-in speaker armed with a triple noise cancellation tool, ensuring crystal clear audio.
Huawei have also upped the game with regards to battery life on the Eyewear 2, with a whopping 11 hours of music and 9 hours of call time. Additionally, the glasses will take only 10 minutes to charge for 3 hours of usage and a mere 50 minutes for full charging.
Coming in an attractive titanium frame that balances style and comfort effortlessly, and weighing only 4.7 grams, Eyewear 2 users can even opt for Zeiss prescription lenses, giving you full vision clarity alongside fashion cred. It also has an IP54 water resistant rating, meaning you can use them for solid everyday use. Full compatibility with Android, iOS, and Windows devices – via Bluetooth – is also included.
Users in the EU marketplace can get their mitts on the Eyewear 2 from October 18, with a price tag of €300. The rollout of the new smart glasses model to other territories has yet to be confirmed.
